Hi, I’m Maya Haley, the artist behind Butterfly Creations. I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, where frequent trips to Mt. Lemmon helped spark my love for the desert and its often-overlooked beauty.

I make one-of-a-kind pressed floral jewelry using real plants and flowers I collect from the world around me—along roadsides, in washes, parking lots, my yard, or even my own garden. No two flowers are the same, and neither are the pieces I create.

Each one is made by hand using a unique method—sometimes whole flowers, sometimes crushed petals or leaves, and sometimes carefully arranged plant fragments. Every piece is a small celebration of the desert and the magic in the everyday
